So far im so happy its only a little bit high for me but I manage to fix it but overall I enjoyed it love it

I bought two Gosen A8 bikes for my wife and myself. They arrived in 2 days and were well packaged. The assembly was quite easy. Since it's winter here, we've driven both bikes just a few times to try them out and check for defects. So far, nothing major. The gears on one bike required adjustment and every nut and bolt needed to be checked because many were not tight. My biggest complaint is the lack of a comprehensive owners manual covering the numerous programming parameters for the digital readout and personal settings. There are YouTube videos available from various people but nothing from the company so you can't be sure the information you are being told is accurate for this bike. Looking forward to many years of use.

J'ai acheté mon vélo Gosen Q5+ il y a quelques semaines et après l'avoir essayé sur plusieurs types de pistes j'ai agréablement été surpris des qualité de ce vélo. La solidité et le rapport qualité/prix sont excellents. Toutefois comme tous les moteurs-roue, celui-ci n'est pas connecté à une transmission et accuse une perte de puissance lorsqu'on monte une pente très inclinée, ce qui est normal pour un tel genre de moteur. Son format compact me permet de transporter deux vélos semblables dans mon Honda HR-V !
Un mot aussi sur l'excellente qualité du service après-vente, j'ai été vraiment satisfait de la façon dont a réglé rapidement une petit défaut sur le support à bagage, merci à l'équipe de soutiens.

Review from yorkton Saskatchewan. Shipping is good, the bike is well padded in shipping. The front plastic fenderis bent. The frame is solid built also the rear rack chunky. The front light is ok, seat are comfortable but the suspension post is kinda not smooth when bouncing. Plenty of power. Oh ya its fast im heavy but it can go 40kph in straight flat road. Breaks are good. Hope they will upgrade the bell to ekectric. Display is nice and cleare. Oh by the way the bike is almost 90% assembled. I do recomend the Q5 plus. How i wish i could afford the Q7 with more extended range. Buy your's you will not regret it its fun ride.

I purchased the Gosen S5 Step thru, folding ebike with the 4 inch tires to accommodate the Divnick Golf Bag Carrier. The Gosen S5 was the only bike available that I could find in Canada that had a strong enough rear carrier that would support the weight of Divnick Golf Bag Carrier with my golf club bag. Since our local golf courses are closed for the winter I won't be able to comment on how well the Gosen S5 works on the golf course until spring of 2023! On my first ride, I found the all of the PAS settings were way more powerful than my personal preferences. After I found the YL80C Manual on the Gosen Website and was able to make the PAS and speed adjustments that suited my needs desired needs, it was awesome!!. I am 68 years old and I hope to stay active for as many years as possible. Now with this ebike I can "cheat" a little when needed. In the meantime I plan on peddling as much as possible.

Pro: I’m loving it! My ride is very smooth, even without peddle assist. Incline is a breeze. Thought normal peddling will be hard cuz of the weight but no, it’s not too difficult. Love the step thru concept. Makes getting on easier. Bike was very easy to assemble. Looks sexy as well 😆.

Con: The weight. It’s a bit heavy for me. Takes getting used to. The initial getting on to peddle is hard cuz of the weight. I have a hard time balancing myself to get on & peddle. But after, it’s very smooth. Not recommend for ladies without their men to assist them in bringing it up the stairs. Just getting it out the door takes time.

Overall: I am still very happy with the purchase. 1st electric bike, so I’m a little bias but so what. I’m having too much fun and many envious glare my way. 😝
